Display
Equipped with a 2.8-inch TFT resistive touchscreen, the HTC Touch was a forerunner in offering touch navigation to consumers. The touchscreen supported 65K colors with a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels, which, while modest by today's standards, was quite adequate at the time. With a screen-to-body ratio of about 41.9% and a pixel density of ~143 ppi, the display delivered clear and bright visuals for its period. The inclusion of HTC's TouchFLO finger swipe navigation was innovative at the time, allowing users a semblance of interaction that would later dominate the smartphone market.
