The resistive touchscreen, although a step behind the capacitive screens that soon became mainstream, was notable for incorporating HTC’s TouchFLO 3D interface, which aimed to enhance user interaction by allowing easier navigation through finger swipes. This addition was targeted at making the Windows Mobile experience more user-friendly, mitigating some of the complexities typically associated with Microsoft's interface at that time.
