Battery Life
Equipped with a removable Li-Ion 1620 mAh battery, the HTC Vivid was designed to last up to 288 hours on standby and up to 7 hours and 40 minutes of talk time. An endurance rating of 42 hours indicated a reasonably good performance, given the hardware and power demands of the time. Users had the benefit of replacing the battery as needed, an increasingly rare feature in contemporary models.
