The Icemobile Crystal sports a compact and practical design with dimensions of 111.5 x 56.2 x 13.1 mm. The form factor is comfortable to hold, making one-handed operation easy. It supports dual SIM cards, both using the Mini-SIM format, a feature that was quite convenient for users managing separate work and personal lines. A notable design element is the inclusion of a trackball, which harkens back to a style of navigation that is no longer common in modern touchscreens.
