Meizu M3 Max Audio and Connectivity

Audio and Connectivity

With a single bottom-firing speaker, the audio output was clear but unremarkable, hitting adequate volume levels for a phone of its class. It included a 3.5mm headphone jack, preserving the traditional wired audio experience. Connectivity options were broad, with support for dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, and GLONASS. However, it lacked NFC and FM radio functionality, which might have been noticed by certain users. The microUSB 2.0 port, while standard at the time, has been largely supplanted by USB Type-C in newer devices.
