The Canvas Tab P690 has an 8.0-inch display, which strikes a decent balance between portability and screen size, catering to users who enjoy reading or browsing on a relatively large display without the bulk of a larger tablet. The display technology used is IPS LCD, ensuring vibrant color reproduction and acceptable viewing angles, although the resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels amounts to a pixel density of approximately 189 ppi, making it less sharp compared to modern devices. Despite its plastic build, the gray finish offers a sleek appearance. The device supports a single micro-SIM card, an aspect quite typical for tablets of this era.
