In terms of connectivity, the Motorola A728 provides Bluetooth support and an infrared port, but lacks WLAN and modern GPS capabilities. This reduces connectivity options to direct device-to-device communication without internet access, outside of GPRS. Its WAP 2.0/xHTML and HTML browser capabilities mark its ambitions towards internet browsing, albeit marginal by today’s standards.
