Featuring a 3-inch TFT resistive touchscreen, the EX201 supported 256K colors. The display’s resolution of 240 x 400 pixels equated to a density of around 155 pixels per inch. While this was not groundbreaking, it provided satisfactory clarity for basic tasks. The touch technology being resistive rather than capacitive meant it required a firmer touch, but it was sufficient for navigation and interaction. A noteworthy feature included was handwriting recognition, which added a unique method of data input.
