Network and Connectivity
The phone supported both GSM and CDMA networks and operated on the CDMA2000 1xEV-DO for 3G connectivity with a top speed of 3.1 Mbps. It was pioneering as it combined these network types into one device, appealing to a wide audience. Connectivity features were rounded out with Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP for wireless audio streaming, and standard GPS and A-GPS capabilities for navigation. It also featured an FM radio, providing an additional medium for entertainment and information.
