Camera
The Moto X featured a single 10 MP rear camera with an f/2.4 aperture, autofocus, and an LED flash, complemented by capabilities such as panorama and HDR. Its sensor size of 1/2.6" and pixel size of 1.4µm enabled it to capture reasonably detailed photos, although low-light performance was average compared to contemporaries. The rear camera was capable of recording 1080p video at 30fps with stereo sound recording, appealing to video enthusiasts. The front-facing camera had a 2 MP sensor, adequate for selfies and video calls, also supporting video recording at 1080p@30fps.
