Design and Build
The Motorola MT710 ZHILING was constructed with a focus on simplicity and functionality. With dimensions of 118 x 59.5 x 12.3 mm, it felt quite compact for its time, and its weight of 125 grams made it light enough for comfortable use without compromising on durability. The phone's design housed a mini-SIM, which was typical of devices from that era. Available in black and red, the MT710 offered some aesthetic variety for users. Its build featured a 3.7-inch TFT resistive touchscreen capable of displaying 256K colors, though it did not support multitouch, which was becoming increasingly common around that time. The screen resolution of 480 x 854 pixels with a 16:9 aspect ratio provided decent clarity and sharpness, even if the screen-to-body ratio was only around 53.7%.
