One of the standout features for the XT5 at its launch was its 5 MP single camera with an LED flash. It was quite competent for capturing still images suitable for sharing on social media platforms of the time, considering the limitations on resolution and clarity. Video recording was limited to 320x480 pixels at 15fps, which was more of a supplementary feature rather than a focal capability due to the low frame rate and resolution. It's noteworthy that there was no front-facing camera, a feature that hadn't yet become standard in smartphones.
