Design and Build
The Motorola V290 was crafted with a compact and lightweight design typical of early 2000s flip phones. Measuring 87 x 47 x 22 mm and weighing just 97 grams, it was small enough to fit snugly in a pocket or purse. The clamshell form factor provided a level of protection for the screen, and it was aesthetically pleasing with color options including Silver and Blue, giving users a modicum of personal choice. The phone used a Mini-SIM and had a straightforward build lacking any extraneous features, emphasizing simplicity and ease of use.
