The e238's main display might not compete with the vividness and crispness of contemporary screens, yet it was perfectly functional for the time, allowing for an adequate display of text messages and basic multimedia. Given the period it was released, an external display was a valuable addition, providing users the convenience of glancing at notifications without having to flip open the phone.
