Powering the NEC e606 was a removable, Li-Ion 1200 mAh battery. Battery life estimates offered up to 200 hours of standby time and a little over 3 hours of talk-time, respectable figures for the consumption rates of its technologies. However, such durations are modest when compared to modern smartphones.
