Equipped with a single VGA camera, the NEC N200 allowed users to capture basic images, which could also be recorded into videos. The quality, given the VGA status, was basic but functional for casual photography. The device did not include a front-facing camera, so options like selfies were not possible. As for sound, it lacked a loudspeaker and a 3.5mm jack, but supported vibration alerts and downloadable polyphonic ringtones, which were quite catchy for the era.
