In terms of memory, the NEC N200 supported up to 300 phonebook entries, allowing users to store a decent number of contacts. Call records were efficiently organized, with a capability to log 20 dialed, 20 received, and 20 missed calls. One noted limitation was the absence of a memory card slot, which restricted users from expanding storage beyond the phone's built-in capacity.
