Design and Build
The O2 XDA features a sturdy, albeit somewhat bulky, design with dimensions of 129 x 73 x 18 mm and a weight of 201 grams. Its hefty build reflects the engineering requirements of its era, balancing form and function in a solid frame. The use of a Mini-SIM card slot is typical for devices of its time, illustrating the transitional phase in mobile design.
The display is a 3.5-inch TFT resistive touchscreen, supporting 4,096 colors. While this may seem quite limited by today's standards, it was an impressive feature at the time, offering a vibrant interface for navigation and applications. With a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels and a screen-to-body ratio of approximately 40.3%, the display is functional, albeit with a modest pixel density of about 114 ppi, which impacts overall clarity and sharpness.
