Performance and Operating System
At the heart of the O2 XDA is the Intel StrongARM PXA263 400 MHz processor, which was fairly powerful for a handheld device in the early 2000s. The phone runs on Microsoft Windows PocketPC, a platform designed to bring the windows computing experience to mobile devices. It supports basic productivity tasks with applications such as Pocket Office, making it suitable for business users needing to do tasks on the go.
The memory configuration includes 64MB of RAM and 32MB of ROM, supported by the option to expand storage using an MMC/SD card. While modest by current standards, this memory setup allows for basic multitasking and application use.
