Memory and Storage
Internal memory was limited to 1MB, sufficient for the phone's primary functions and modest demands of its era. Storage was primarily for basic applications and a 300-contact phonebook. This phonebook supported up to five fields per contact, enhancing the organizational capacity of the Philips 530. However, the absence of a card slot illustrated the limited expansion options typical of phones at that time.
