Communication and Connectivity
In terms of connectivity, the device was limited to the GSM 900/1800 2G networks, with GPRS Class 8 support for mobile data, but lacked more modern advancements such as EDGE, 3G, or Wi-Fi. Notably absent when viewed through a contemporary lens are Bluetooth and GPS functionalities. However, it did include an infrared port, a common wireless feature of the period for short-range device-to-device communication.
