Performance and Software
The Continuum runs on Android 2.1 Eclair, which was upgradable to Android 2.2 Froyo, and is powered by a 1.0 GHz Cortex-A8 processor within a Hummingbird chipset. Paired with a PowerVR SGX540 GPU, this setup was suitable for standard smartphone activities of its time, including web browsing and basic gaming. Despite its advancements, the phone's 336MB of RAM and 2GB of internal storage limited its multitasking capabilities and storage capacity, though the latter was partially mitigated with support for microSDHC cards, and an 8 GB card included.
