The Samsung D428 featured a single VGA camera with a unique 180-degree rotating lens. While the VGA resolution (approximately 0.3 megapixels) was modest, its ability to rotate allowed for versatile photo capture, an innovation ahead of its time. The inclusion of an LED flash was a useful addition, enhancing picture quality in low-light conditions. However, the phone did not support video recording or selfie capabilities, which limited its functionality by today’s standards.
