The Samsung D428 was designed with a compact and robust form, measuring 99 x 50 x 24 mm and weighing 127 grams. Its relatively small size made it easy to handle and carry, fitting comfortably in the palm or pocket. The body was constructed to accommodate a mini-SIM, housed within a durable, silver-colored casing. One of the defining design features was its 180-degree rotating VGA camera, which added a unique flair to its otherwise traditional clamshell design.
