The Galaxy S6's design was a significant leap forward for Samsung, adopting a premium feel with its combination of Gorilla Glass 4 panels on the front and back, framed by an aluminum edge. This choice of materials not only provided a sleek and sophisticated look but also resulted in a lightweight device at 138 grams, and a slim profile with dimensions of 143.4 x 70.5 x 6.8 mm. Although beautiful, the glass design did make the phone more susceptible to fingerprints and required a cautious grip to avoid damage from drops. Available in elegant color options like White Pearl, Black Sapphire, Gold Platinum, and Blue Topaz, the S6 catered to diverse aesthetic preferences.
