Audio and Connectivity
Samsung included dual speakers on the Galaxy Tab A 9.7, providing reasonable audio quality for media consumption. The presence of a 3.5mm headphone jack was a welcome feature, allowing users to connect wired audio equipment easily. In terms of connectivity, the tablet supported Wi-Fi with dual-band and hotspot capabilities, and Bluetooth 4.1 for wireless connections. The positioning systems included GPS and GLONASS on the cellular model. However, the absence of NFC and FM radio were notable omissions in terms of connectivity options.
