Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7 Performance and Software

Performance and Software

Initially running on Android 5.0 Lollipop and upgradable to 6.0.1 Marshmallow, the tablet enjoyed extended functionality and security updates during its lifecycle. Powered by a quad-core 1.2 GHz processor, the device provided satisfactory performance for everyday tasks such as web browsing, streaming, and light gaming. The tablet offered two RAM configurations: 1.5GB for the Wi-Fi model and 2GB for the LTE version, the latter offering a slightly smoother multitasking experience. Internal storage options were limited to 16GB for the Wi-Fi model, with 32GB available for the LTE variant. Fortunately, the microSDXC card slot allowed for expandable storage, accommodating users' additional storage needs.
