Design and Build
The Samsung P400 sports a compact design typical of early 2000s cell phones, with dimensions measuring 91 x 48 x 23 mm and a weight of 105 grams. Its relatively small and lightweight build fits comfortably in the hand and pocket. The use of a Mini-SIM contributes to its compact form factor. The phone's standout physical feature is its swivel and rotatable screen, which can rotate 360 degrees, offering an innovative way to interact with content and take photos. This was a novel feature at the time and added to the device’s appeal.
