Connectivity was basic with the GX10i, offering GSM 900/1800/1900 bands, making it suitable for basic 2G services. There is an absence of advanced features such as Bluetooth, WLAN, or GPS, while it supports a WAP 1.2.1 browser for elementary web access. The presence of an infrared port is the only wireless feature, mainly for limited data transfers with compatible devices. The USB port was notably absent, which might be seen today as a major limitation.
