Sharp GX10i Design and Build

Design and Build

The GX10i features a compact design with dimensions of 94 x 49 x 27 mm, which was quite standard during its launch period. Weighing 110 grams, it balances portability and durability. Its slightly thicker build can be attributed to the technological constraints and design preferences of the early 2000s. The phone uses the Mini-SIM format, common in that era, which is significantly larger compared to today’s Nano-SIMs. The clamshell design not only protects the main display from scratches but also lends the phone a distinct identity amidst the proliferation of candy-bar style phones.
