Camera and Connectivity
Photography was not the Sidekick’s strong point, featuring a single 1.3 MP rear camera without a selfie option. This meant images would be of basic quality, suitable for casual use only. Connectivity options were limited, with the absence of WLAN capabilities; however, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP support was present for wireless audio accessories. The device lacked GPS and radio, which were becoming more common in phones around that time, but included a miniUSB port for charging and data transfer.
