Design and Build
The Telit X60i presents a compact and lightweight form factor, with dimensions measuring 72 x 41 x 22 mm and weighing only 65 grams. Its compact size was quite ergonomic for its era, fitting comfortably in the palm or pocket. The phone is constructed to accommodate a Mini-SIM card and offers a sturdy feel in a choice of two colors: silver and blue. Its minimalist design is complemented by dual displays, a sign of thoughtful innovation at the time, featuring a primary CSTN display showcasing 65K colors on a 128 x 128 pixel canvas. This low-resolution display was fairly standard then, focusing on functionality rather than the vibrant displays we're accustomed to today. The secondary external monochrome display with 80 x 48 pixels provided quick access to essential information without the need to flip open the device, enhancing convenience.
