One of the Thrive 7's defining aspects is its build. With dimensions of 189 x 128.1 x 11.9 mm and weighing 400 grams, it feels solid and substantial in the hand, albeit somewhat bulky by today's standards. The tablet's thickness can be attributed to its robust casing and perhaps the inclusion of various ports and features. Its absence of cellular connectivity might limit some users, but for a 7-inch tablet at its time, this was not extremely uncommon. It lacks a SIM card slot, emphasizing its primary function as a Wi-Fi-based device.
