Despite lacking many modern features, the Amoi CA6 includes essentials such as SMS and MMS messaging, allowing users to send text and multimedia messages. The phone supports a polyphonic ringtone system with 40 tones, enhancing the auditory experience with more sophisticated sound outputs compared to monophonic devices. However, there is no 3.5mm headphone jack or loudspeaker, limiting audio output options. The lack of a camera might be seen as a downside today, but at its time, it was not uncommon for many phones to exclude this feature given their limited processing power and storage.

Internally, the phone's memory configuration does not include a card slot, indicating the reliance on internal storage, which could accommodate a phonebook of up to 500 contacts and record 10 dialed, received, and missed calls. This was reasonably adequate for users at the time, who did not require extensive storage capacities for multimedia content.
