Network and Connectivity
Operating on GSM technology, the Amoi CA6 was compatible with 2G networks, supporting bands GSM 900, 1800, and 1900. While it included GPRS for basic internet connectivity, it did not support EDGE, limiting data transmission speeds. The absence of advanced connectivity options such as Bluetooth, WLAN, or USB reflects the phone's simplicity and primary focus on basic telecommunication functions rather than data transfer capabilities. Users were expected to rely on their network provider for browsing the web via a WAP browser, constrained by the limitations of GPRS speed.
