Display
The display on the Pixel XL was one of its standout features. It boasted a 5.5-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels, providing a sharp 534 ppi density that ensured vibrant and crisp visuals. The 16:9 aspect ratio was standard for the time. Gorilla Glass 4 offered some assurance against scratches and minor impact. In terms of readability under direct sunlight, the display offered a contrast ratio of 4.164, making it relatively viewable outdoors. The infinite contrast ratio in nominal conditions highlighted the deep blacks and vivid colors inherent to AMOLED screens.
