The D500 was equipped with a single 1.3 MP rear camera, accompanied by an LED flash. This was quite an advancement considering the technological landscape of the time. The camera was capable of capturing simple photos and videos, although by today’s standards, the quality would be seen as quite basic. The lack of a front-facing camera may seem like a downside now, but it was not uncommon for phones released in 2004.
